ln homes venice - san marco canal view was the perfect base to explore venice from. nico and christina were fantastic hosts, so helpful and accommodating. the apartment was lovely and just the right size for our family. we loved the location on a quiet canal, minutes away from the busier areas and restaurants. the little touches like the coffee machine and breakfast items made our stay even more enjoyable. highly recommend!

We had a great Easter break at this apartment. the location was fantastic, close to all the main attractions and with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. the hosts were very helpful and accommodating, providing us with useful recommendations and ensuring a smooth check-in process.

There were a few negative aspects that need to be mentioned. the kitchen layout was a bit awkward, with dishes and equipment stored outside of the designated kitchen area.

During my recent transit in Venice, I had the pleasure of staying at Ln Homes Venice - San Marco Canal View. The hotel's proximity to both Venezia Santa Lucia and Marco Polo airports was incredibly convenient. Being a frequent traveler, I greatly appreciated the ease of access as it allowed me to spend less time on transportation and more time exploring the charming city of Venice. the hotel's location right by the San Marco Canal provided stunning views and added to the overall ambiance of the stay.

While my overall experience at Ln Homes Venice was delightful, there was a minor inconvenience in the bathroom. There was a slight smell present, which I believe was difficult to mitigate.

The host, Nicolo, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth arrival. The room itself was stylish and spacious, and the bathroom was modern and clean. I also appreciated the small breakfast provided by the host and the availability of a kitchen to make coffee. The location was perfect, situated on a quiet canal but just a short walk away from the bustling Square and various bars and restaurants. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Venice.
